Broker's Information
The central listing will be held by the owner's corporation. The corporation will handle all contractual paperwork, negotiations, other legal discussions and monies during the sale process.
We are willing to work with a buyer's representative or yacht broker. If purchased through the services of a licensed yacht broker, a commission in line with current industry standards (on the buyer's side) will be identified and negotiated at the time of an appropriate offer.
Independence will be available to do walk through inspections by appointment only. Sea trials can be arranged during daylight hours only unless other arrangements have been discussed in advance. All sea trials require a substantial deposit prior to sea trial date.
